Although I'm not entirely sure if my body has entered ketosis yet, my energy levels are good. However, I'm experiencing some cramps. Based on my past experiences, I expect things to improve and become less tiring from here on out. Once ketosis kicks in, the liver will start producing ketones, which will fuel my cells and tissues. Interestingly, the brain prefers ketones over glycogen as its energy source.
Nadi Purification Routine Over Three Months:
Step 1:
- Inhale: Left nostril (Ida) for 16 Matras, visualizing Gayatri (Swan).
- Retain: Breath for 64 Matras, focusing on Savitri (Garuda).
- Exhale: Right nostril for 32 Matras, imagining Sarasvati (Bull).
Step 2: Repeat the process with the right nostril:
- Inhale: Right nostril (Ida) for 16 Matras, visualizing Gayatri (Swan).
- Retain: Breath for 64 Matras, focusing on Savitri (Garuda).
- Exhale: Left nostril for 32 Matras, imagining Sarasvati (Bull).
Practice:
- 20 repetitions each at Brahma Muhurata (pre-dawn), midday, before sunset, and midnight for the first four weeks, totaling 80 repetitions daily.
- Diet: Include food with milk and ghee.
