The unexpected amount of outdoor activity was exhausting, but overall, my body is holding up well, even while fasting. I haven't experienced any food cravings, although there's still no noticeable change in belly fat. However, facial fat has decreased, and my waist circumference has reduced, though I haven't measured it precisely. I also came across a report stating that long-term, well-researched water fasting can improve fatty liver conditions, with a reduction in the FIL value.
